Located next to the iconic intersection of Hollywood and Highland—at 6825 Hawthorn Avenue—The Bonnie Hollywood replaces an old surface parking lot with 137 much-needed market-rate and below-market-rate apartments. Just steps away from Hollywood & Highland, this new housing—along with about 1,200 square feet of street-level neighborhood-serving retail space—will accelerate the revitalization of iconic old Hollywood.

Architecturally interesting—and open and modern—The Bonnie is a great space for residents who want to live out their Hollywood dreams, and for families who work nearby or have kids in neighborhood schools. Plus, just steps away from the Hollywood and Highland Metro Station, The Bonnie is perfect for residents who want to live car-free with easy access to everything L.A. has to offer.
